Were seeking a dynamic and strategic Communications and Marketing professional to join the wider Community Engagement team. Youll drive marketing initiatives manage social media platforms and oversee creative projects that reflect the heart of Trinity.

About The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager this role supports the management of the Schools accounts receivable and fee administration ensuring accurate billing collections reconciliations and reporting. Working closely with the Finance Manager and key stakeholders it administers complex fee structures manages debtor accounts and provides highquality service to families and staff.

Key Responsibilities include:

Manage endtoend accounts receivable and billing processes using Synergetic including invoicing receipts reconciliations and discrepancy resolution

Administer complex school fee structures (discounts scholarships bursaries payment plans) and maintain accurate fee and billing data

Monitor aged debtors and implement debt management processes in line with school policy escalating sensitive matters as required

Provide clear respectful communication with families regarding fees accounts and financial hardship arrangements

Prepare aged debtor reports forecasts and support monthend yearend audit and fee income analysis activities

Maintain data integrity across finance and student systems and contribute to process system and documentation improvements

Deliver highquality customer service and collaborate closely with Admissions Finance Administration and other stakeholders

Undertake additional finance and administrative duties including deposits tax invoices vouchers event support and assistance to Accounts Payable as directed by the Finance Manager

Qualifications and Expertise

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

Strong financial management capability including accounts receivable processes system literacy (Synergetic Excel Microsoft Office) and attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to develop implement and maintain effective financial procedures manage information efficiently and work autonomously

Minimum 5 years experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role preferably within an independent or private school environment

Professional empathetic and serviceoriented approach demonstrating integrity emotional intelligence reliability and alignment with the Schools values
