Contract: Temporary (with long-term opportunities)
Salary: 21262 gross/year benefits

Your Mission
As part of a multicultural support team you will:

Support international travelers and partners via phone and email
Handle inquiries related to bookings payments and technical issues
Act as a bridge between customers and accommodation providers worldwide
Work with structured processes while delivering tailored solutions
Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills
Slovenian (C2/native) English (advanced)
Strong communication skills (written & spoken)
Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
Resilient and positive attitude
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have
Customer service or contact center experience
Interest in travel or hospitality industry
