As a Sales Development Representative you will be part of an international sales team driving business growth building strong client relationships and helping companies adopt advanced cloud technologies. You will work in a fast-paced high-growth environment where your communication and commercial skills will directly impact success.
What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for potential business clients
- Create strong first impressions and build long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities to grow and develop a portfolio of customers
- Act as a trusted advisor on cloud-based solutions
- Drive revenue growth through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with technical and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve products and services
Requirements
- Dutch: C1C2 (fluent/native)
- English: B2
- 12 years of experience in IT sales OR customer service experience (both are valid)
- Proven ability in managing clients accounts or sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft cloud products (Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365)
- Microsoft certifications (Azure / Modern Workplace / BizApps)
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 18:00
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 25000 gross/year
- Performance bonus: 4800 gross/year
