As a Sales Development Representative you will be part of an international sales team driving business growth building strong client relationships and helping companies adopt advanced cloud technologies. You will work in a fast-paced high-growth environment where your communication and commercial skills will directly impact success.

What you will do

• Be the first point of contact for potential business clients
• Create strong first impressions and build long-term client relationships
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop a portfolio of customers
• Act as a trusted advisor on cloud-based solutions
• Drive revenue growth through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with technical and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve products and services

Requirements

• Danish: C1C2 (fluent/native)
• English: fluent
• 12 years of experience in IT sales OR customer service experience (both are valid)
• Proven ability in managing clients accounts or sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft cloud products (Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365)
• Microsoft certifications (Azure / Modern Workplace / BizApps)

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 18:00

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 25000 gross/year
• Performance bonus: 4800 gross/year
