Overview
We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join a global sales and digital advertising team in Sofia. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a background in digital marketing customer retention or tech advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
Drive retention and reactivation strategies
Identify upsell and growth opportunities
Build strong client relationships and increase investment
Apply value-based selling techniques
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience (digital/tech/marketing preferred)
Experience in retention/reactivation strategies
Strong understanding of sales pipelines
Background in customer service sales or BPO environments
Marketing knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
Dutch (C1) English (B2)
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday: 10:00 19:00
Hybrid model
Based in Sofia
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 2444.46/month
Quarterly Bonus: 1551.70
