What You Will Be Doing

• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming Meetings & Events enquiries via phone email and third party platforms.
• Prepare and send tailored proposals and contracts in line with client and hotel
• Conduct follow-up communications to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and maximise revenue
• Follow the meetings and events strategy set and diary management
• Ensure a comprehensive handover is done with Meetings and Events Planning
