About the Role
Join an international technical support project within a leading digital search engine environment in Lisbon.
In this role you will provide technical assistance to German-speaking users helping them resolve product and service-related issues while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will be part of a dynamic multicultural team working in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support via phone email and chat
Assist users with product service and account-related inquiries
Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward effective solutions
Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and user experience
Requirements
German: C1C2 (fluent/native)
English: B2
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for helping customers
Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Open to feedback and continuous improvement
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday: 08:00 20:00 (rotational shifts)
Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 17:00
2 rotational days off per week
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: 1100 (paid over 14 months)
Performance bonus: 135 (paid over 14 months)
Complexity bonus: 120 (paid over 11 months)
Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
Health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution required)
Free health insurance after 6 months of contract

Relocation Package (Lisbon)
Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months) (details discussed during interview)
