Are you passionate about food nutrition and leading a team to deliver exceptional service Rome Health is looking for a Dietary Supervisor to oversee and inspire our dietary department ensuring our patients staff and visitors enjoy healthy safe and delicious meals every day.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and support our dietary staff in daily operations including food production cafeteria service tray line dishwashing and food receiving.

• Ensure smooth workflow quality standards and compliance with state local and organizational policies.

• Actively supervise train and motivate dietary employees creating a positive collaborative team environment.

• Provide input on departmental policies and procedures to continually improve our food and nutrition services.

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; coursework in food and nutrition or a two-year degree in a related field is a plus.

• Experience in food service management and leadership is highly valued.

• Food safety and sanitation certification preferred.

• Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
