Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting of customer transactions correct sales recognition and compliant financial records. As part of the Finance team you play a key role in protecting revenue accuracy supporting audits and ensuring alignment with tax and accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable activities including issuing invoices and credit notes in line with customer requests and tax regulations.
- Record customer transactions accurately in the accounting system and ensure timely delivery of invoices.
- Control and update sales prices based on purchase orders and validate customer deductions or price corrections.
- Perform general accounting controls including intercompany reconciliations and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare accounting support documentation and reports such as bank reconciliations delivery note checks and expense bookings.

Experience Requirements
- 3 years of experience in accounting accounts receivable or a similar finance role within an industrial or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing credit notes sales price controls and basic tax compliance.
- Experience with general ledger activities reconciliations and financial controls.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze discrepancies and financial risks.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent experience (suggested).
