Software Team Lead

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to build lead and grow a highperforming engineering team in Chennai.

• In this role you will combine technical leadership with people management working closely with global stakeholders to deliver highquality software for complex highimpact systems.

• You will be responsible for technical follow-up execution excellence and team development while fostering a culture of ownership collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Lead mentor and coach a team of software engineers supporting career development skill growth and performance management.

• You will be the main contact point working closely with global counterparts across different regions to ensure your team integrates in the international organization.

• You will have the opportunity to occasionally travel to customers and discover new places and cultures along the way.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Masters Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
• Strong experience in modern C.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design design patterns and UML.
• An affinity to vision applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of C# WPF Python GIT and Scrum are a plus.
• Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently without guidance as an Individual contributor.
• Proficient in English
