Occupational Therapist (OT) Fredericksburg VA
$90K $120K Bonus Incentive

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team full time in Fredericksburg VA. Our medical center provides comprehensive musculoskeletal care including physical therapy occupational therapy pain management and podiatryall in one integrated team-based setting.

What Youll Do

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic neurological and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily function and independence (ADLs)
Provide evidence-based therapy and patient education
Train patients on adaptive techniques and assistive devices
Collaborate with physicians and rehab team for coordinated care
Track progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes
Maintain accurate timely documentation

Qualifications

Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Active Virginia OT license (or eligible)
Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
