The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $88500 - $11800 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You WillDoin This Role:
Ensure installation quality on project sites including both manufacturing and subcontractor work.
Complete quality checklists andsubmitcorrective actions when discrepancies areidentified.
Maintain on-site safety including performing safety audits and enforcing standards.
Assist with routine equipment trial runs to verify specifications and accurate installation per Dematic standards.
Provide on-site reporting on schedule resources and project status to project leads and/or customers.
Train and support contract labor and subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment.
Write clear concise andtimelytrip reports according to Dematic procedures.
Identifyand resolve on-site problems and perform physical tasks as needed (push pull crawl squat lift at least 50lbs).
What We are Looking For:
Minimum of 10 yearsexperience introubleshootingelectricalequipment.
Service experience with AGVs AS/RS or conveyors preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate degree preferred.
Experience in quality assurance and adherence to installation standards.
OSHA 30certification.
Ability to lift at least 50lbsand perform physical tasks on-site.
Proficient with personal computersspreadsheets andweekly status reporting.
Valid drivers license and willingness to work weekends holidays off-shifts and overtime as needed.
