- About Acura & The RoleAs an Acura Service Advisor you will play a critical role in delivering an ownership experience that reflects Acuras commitment to precision performance and longterm reliability. This position is ideal for a professional advisor who understands how to balance technical knowledge consultative selling and exceptional guest care.You will be the primary point of contact for service guests ensuring clear communication accurate recommendations and a seamless service experience from initial writeup through final delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Welcome Acura guests professionally and establish trust through transparent communication
- Accurately document vehicle concerns and perform needsbased service consultations
- Recommend Acurafactoryapproved maintenance and repair services
- Prepare review and explain estimates clearly and confidently
- Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding service status and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians and service leadership to ensure quality repairs and efficiency
- Promote Acura maintenance milestones and valueadded services without pressure
- Process repair orders warranty documentation and closing paperwork accurately
- Deliver vehicles with a professional explanation of completed work and next service needs
- Maintain CSI retention and sales performance standards consistent with Acura brand expectations
Qualifications- 2 years of Service Advisor experience (Acura Honda or luxury/import brand preferred)
- Strong communication organization and customerhandling skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fastpaced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a premium brand
- Working knowledge of dealership DMS systems (CDK Reynolds Tekion preferred)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
