Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at Meyer Plastics Inc a leading plastics manufacturing company. As the Executive Assistant you will play a crucial role in managing executive schedules coordinating operations handling confidential information and ensuring smooth communication across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports presentations and correspondence related to operations production and business performance
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal departments such as production logistics sales and finance
- Screen and prioritize emails calls and communications
- Coordinate meetings including agendas materials and follow-ups
- Maintain confidential files contracts and company records
- Assist with project coordination and track deadlines across departments
- Support operational tasks such as inventory reports production updates and vendor coordination
- Organize company events meetings and internal communications
- Handle administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of executive assistant or administrative experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Desired Experience:1-2 years of executive assistant or administrative experience with a preference for candidates with a background in manufacturing.
