The Role

Stark shall become the global market leader in premium motorcycles. To achieve this we need to deeply understand how our organization works today so we can leverage AI to accelerate and optimize our operations tomorrow.

We are looking for a proactive people-oriented professional to lead our company-wide process documentation initiative. You will work directly with every team across the organization from engineering to operations sales to finance to capture structure and document their workflows. The goal: create a comprehensive knowledge base that enables AI-powered automation and optimization across Stark Future.

This is not a desk job. You will spend most of your time in conversations interviews and working sessions with colleagues at all levels. Success requires someone who can build trust quickly ask the right questions and help people articulate processes they may have never formally documented.

What Youll Do

• Process Discovery: Conduct structured interviews with employees across all departments to understand their day-to-day workflows tools and decision-making processes.

• Knowledge Capture: Transform informal tribal knowledge into clear structured documentation (process maps standard operating procedures decision trees).

• AI Readiness: Build and maintain a company-wide process repository that becomes the foundation for AI implementation and automation.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships across the organization and help teams see the value of documentation and process clarity.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for standardization automation and AI-assisted workflows.

• Schedule and conduct process discovery sessions with every team and individual across the organization.

• Create clear structured process documentation including flowcharts SOPs and decision matrices.

• Maintain and organize a centralized knowledge repository accessible to the entire organization.

• Work with technical teams to ensure documentation is structured in ways that support future AI tools and integration.

• Follow up with teams to validate documented processes and ensure accuracy.

• Track progress and report on documentation coverage across departments.

• Identify process gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

• Communicate in English for all documentation and cross-team interactions.

What you will bring to Stark

• 4-7 years of experience in business analysis process improvement operations consulting or a similar role

• Business or operations background: you understand how companies work across functions

• Exceptional interpersonal skills: youre comfortable talking to anyone from interns to executives and you know how to get people to open up about their work

• Highly proactive and self-directed: you dont wait for instructions; you drive projects forward

• Strong written communication: you can take messy verbal explanations and turn them into clear structured documents

• Basic technical literacy: you understand the basics of programming allowing you to interact efficiently with developers

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and how its transforming businesses

• Proficient in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with process mapping tools (Lucidchart Miro Visio)

• Background in change management or organizational transformation

• Familiarity with knowledge management systems or documentation platforms (Notion Confluence etc.)

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or automation tools

• Experience in manufacturing automotive or similar industries
