Your Mission

Own the client journey after agreement including:

  • Onboarding

  • Communication

  • Delivery follow-up

  • Client satisfaction

  • Expansion opportunities

  • Reference creation

Key Responsibilities

  • Create onboarding flows for new clients partners students or corporate accounts

  • Track client goals deliverables risks satisfaction and next steps

  • Identify upsell cross-sell renewal and expansion opportunities

  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure clarity and execution visibility

  • Turn strong outcomes into:

    • Testimonials

    • Case studies

    • Referrals

    • Repeat business

  • Prevent churn by identifying issues early and acting proactively

First 90 Days

  • Map the client journey and identify post-sale friction points

  • Build:

    • Onboarding checklist

    • Client status dashboard

  • Review priority clients and identify:

    • Retention opportunities

    • Expansion opportunities

  • Create the first:

    • Case study

    • Testimonial

    • Referral pathway

KPI Framework

  • Retention Rate: Active clients/accounts over time

  • Expansion Revenue: Upsell cross-sell renewal and repeat business

  • Onboarding Completion: Structured onboarding within defined timelines

  • Client Satisfaction: Feedback NPS sentiment and qualitative indicators

  • Churn Risk Reduction: Identification and stabilization of at-risk accounts

  • Reference Creation: Testimonials case studies referrals and introductions

  • Relationship-driven with strong commercial awareness

  • Able to create structure without making clients feel transactional

  • Strong communication skills and disciplined follow-up
