Your role

As a Sales Executive you are the growth engine for businesses in the German-speaking market! Youll dive into the world of high-impact digital advertising helping both emerging startups and established companies flourish. If you are resilient love building fast-paced relationships and have a win-them-over mindset youre the perfect fit to drive innovation in the digital landscape.

Your Responsibilities

  • Connect with German clients to understand their dreams and provide tailored ad solutions

  • Manage a high volume of accounts with a focus on exceptional service and sales support

  • Drive revenue growth by using your expert persuasion and strategic sales techniques

  • Hit those targets and KPIs with a smile consistently exceeding objectives

  • Adapt quickly to shifting business priorities and customer needs

  • Foster long-term loyalty by becoming a trusted partner to your clients

Your Profile

  • Native-level German (C2) and excellent English (C1)

  • At least 2 years of proven sales experienceyoure a natural at closing deals!

  • A Bachelors degree (BA/BS) is required (Masters is a total plus!)

  • A deep understanding of the German market cultural nuances and business etiquette

  • Strategic thinker with a knack for analyzing data and solving complex ROI queries

  • Awareness of local regulations (like GDPR) and a respect for data privacy

  • Resilient proactive and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment!
