Job Summary
A well-established and growing healthcare organization located in Bronx New York is seeking to immediately hire a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its dedicated outpatient team in Astoria Queens. This is an excellent full-time opportunity with a rewarding salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills strength coordination and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Treat patients recovering from injury surgery and neurological or orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and
- Deliver compassionate patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient environment.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active New York State Occupational Therapist license
Compassionate patient-focused approach to care. - A minimum of 6 months of experience in an outpatient or clinical setting (pediatric or adult experience welcomed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Compensation & Benefits:
- $85000 - 105000 annually
