We are seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Estimator for a full-time on-site role in Fort Myers FL. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates conducting quantity take-offs managing budgets and ensuring precise project assessments. The role involves reviewing project documents collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with clients and vendors to deliver accurate and competitive bids. Qualifications:
- Experience in heavy roadway airport and utility construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Agtek Bid 2 Win and Procore
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs techniques
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Exceptional Communication skills for coordinating with clients vendors and internal teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in calculations and documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site team environment
