Shift Schedule:

• Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 12:00 PM 4:30 PM

How many shifts needed per month:
Approximately 20 shifts per month

License:
Active Oregon Medical License (or eligible)

Certifications:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
BLS (Basic Life Support) required

Experience needed:
Minimum 2 years preferred

Special Skills needed:

• Strong outpatient clinical experience
• Ability to work in a community/rural healthcare setting
• Good patient communication and care coordination

Credentialing / Onboarding time:
6 weeks to 8 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct routine check-ups preventive care and screenings
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare staff for continuity of care

Misc:

• Pay Rate: $200 per hour (all-inclusive)
• Location is approximately 2 hours from Portland and 1 hour from Bend-Redmond MSA (Deschutes County)
• Clinic-based role (no inpatient duties mentioned)
