Job description:
- Develop and maintain Workday reports (Advanced Matrix and Custom Reports)
- Create and manage calculated fields and business objects in Workday
- Analyze HR data such as headcount attrition hiring trends and compensation
- Extract and transform data from Workday for deeper analysis using Excel SQL or Python
- Collaborate with HR Finance and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Build dashboards and present insights for leadership decision-making
- Support data integrations and data flows between Workday and other systems
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and governance
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB APIs Workday Studio)
- Experience with Python or data analysis tools
