Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Non-IT Business Analyst with strong experience in banking regulatory reporting specifically CCAR (FRY-14Q & FRY-14A). The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis regulatory reporting requirements and data governance working closely with Finance Technology and Data teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret CCAR regulatory reporting requirements (FRY-14Q & FRY-14A)
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Identify data attributes perform data discovery and data lineage analysis
Conduct data gap analysis with source systems
Create and maintain:
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
Data mapping and data dictionary
Collaborate with data providers system owners and data management teams
Perform data validation and fit-for-purpose analysis
Execute data testing reconciliation and documentation of results
Work on Axiom reporting tool for rule documentation and reconciliation
Support UAT production deployment and automation initiatives
Ensure strong data governance traceability and regulatory compliance
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services
Strong experience with CCAR FRY-14Q & FRY-14A reporting
Solid understanding of:
Data lineage
Data mapping
Data governance frameworks
Experience working with Finance Technology and Chief Data Office teams
Hands-on experience with Axiom (preferred)
Strong skills in requirement gathering documentation and stakeholder management
Experience in data testing reconciliation and regulatory reporting validation
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in large banking institutions
Exposure to regulatory remediation and control frameworks
Strong analytical and communication skills
Additional Notes:
Hybrid role candidates should be comfortable working onsite as required
