Diil Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and proactive HR cum Admin professional to manage human resources functions along with day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while supporting employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing screening scheduling interviews)

Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Manage attendance leave records and payroll coordination

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities

Oversee daily office administration and facility management

Manage office supplies vendors and service providers

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics

Maintain office records agreements and documentation

Ensure smooth functioning of office operations

Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field

4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles

Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word)
