Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured professional conversations with pre-qualified individuals
Share information about personal development and leadership education programs
Utilise digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Zoom) to manage communication and engagement
Apply basic marketing and outreach strategies to generate and manage interest
Participate in ongoing training and personal development
Independently manage your schedule workflow and activity levels
About You
Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration recruitment or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
Confident using digital tools and online platforms (LinkedIn Zoom etc.)
Demonstrates initiative consistency and a results-focused mindset
Interest in personal development and continuous learning
