Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured professional conversations with pre-qualified individuals
• Share information about personal development and leadership education programs
• Utilise digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Zoom) to manage communication and engagement
• Apply basic marketing and outreach strategies to generate and manage interest
• Participate in ongoing training and personal development
• Independently manage your schedule workflow and activity levels

About You

• Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration recruitment or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• Confident using digital tools and online platforms (LinkedIn Zoom etc.)
• Demonstrates initiative consistency and a results-focused mindset
• Interest in personal development and continuous learning
