Job Summary

Remote Professional Services HR Specialist

HR and People & Culture professionals often bring a rare combination of strategic thinking leadership capability and the ability to guide others through change.
Popcorn Potential is expanding its professional network and is seeking experienced individuals who are interested in applying these strengths in a remote environment focused on leadership development professional growth and meaningful engagement.
This role is suited to established professionals who have worked in talent management organisational development or employee engagement and are now exploring a more flexible and scalable way to apply their expertise.
What Youll Contribute

  • Support career-focused discussions that help professionals clarify direction and leadership capability
  • Apply experience in workforce planning and people strategy within structured professional interactions
  • Build and maintain professional relationships using digital platforms such as LinkedIn and Zoom
  • Contribute to communication initiatives aligned with leadership and development themes
  • Operate independently while working within established systems processes and compliance standards

Youll be working within a defined framework that provides both structure and flexibility.
Your Background
Were looking for professionals who can demonstrate:

  • At least 5 years experience in Human Resources Talent Development Organisational Development or People & Culture leadership
  • Experience supporting employee growth coaching or workforce strategy initiatives
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence using digital tools and remote collaboration platforms
  • A high level of professionalism accountability and self-direction
