Job Summary
Scope of Services
Hydraulician assembler (Consultant) – Installation (Qatar – Airport Access)
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble hydraulic components subassemblies and complete systems in line with engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Install hoses pipes valves pumps cylinders and related hydraulic equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings assembly plans and hydraulic schematics.
• Carry out pressure tests leak tests and functional checks on assembled systems.
• Identify and report non-conformities defective parts or assembly issues.
• Perform adjustments repairs and rework when required.
• Maintain tools equipment and work areas in good condition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanics hydraulics industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Previous experience in hydraulic assembly mechanical fitting or industrial equipment assembly.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
• Ability to read technical drawings and hydraulic diagrams.
• Good manual dexterity attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with lifting systems construction equipment or industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of electric and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
• Forklift overhead crane or workshop handling certifications are a plus.
Working Conditions
• Airport Air-Side environment.
• Regular handling of mechanical parts and hydraulic equipment.
• May require standing for extended periods and handling heavy components.
• Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory.
