Work Description:
- Develop and expand sales within industrial equipment & spraying solutions market
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong sales pipeline
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to clients
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Collaborate with technical and regional teams for solution delivery
- Monitor market trends customer needs and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment / B2B environment
- Strong technical understanding with solution-selling approach
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
