Job Title: CDP (Chef de Partie) – Hot Kitchen / Pantry Company: Tochico Coffee
Location: Shop No 6 Ground Floor Shaligram Corporates Behind Dishman Corporate House CJ Road Ambli Ahmedabad – 380058 Gujarat
Job Summary: Tochico Coffee is looking for skilled and passionate CDPs for both Hot Kitchen and Pantry sections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their station ensuring food quality and maintaining hygiene standards while supporting junior team members.
Open Positions:
1) CDP – Hot Kitchen
Manage the kitchen station/department efficiently
Handle food preparation and cooking operations
Guide junior/commis staff in absence of seniors
Maintain food quality hygiene and consistency
Manage stock control inventory and basic costing/pricing
2) CDP – Pantry (Cold Kitchen & Desserts)
Manage cold pantry and dessert section
Prepare and present dishes as per standards
Supervise and guide junior staff when required
Ensure quality hygiene and consistency
Handle stock control and basic costing knowledge
Menu Exposure: Our menu includes sandwiches toasts with multiple bread & allergy-friendly options egg-based dishes bowls smoothies and salads.
Requirements:
Relevant experience as CDP in café/restaurant
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations
Ability to manage team and maintain standards
Good understanding of hygiene and food safety
Salary: As per experience Joining: Immediate / As per notice period
