Description
We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer / Supervisor to support on-site execution and ensure smooth project progress while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role involves assisting site activities coordinating with consultants and vendors preparing estimates maintaining progress records and ensuring compliance with construction and safety protocols.
Location: Shilaj & Chandkheda Ahmedabad
Projects: High-Rise Residential Projects
Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Building Construction)
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site execution activities and supervise on-site tasks.
- Coordinate with consultants architects contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation and billing activities.
- Monitor quality control measures and conduct site inspections to ensure construction standards are met.
- Enforce health safety and environmental compliance on site.
- Maintain daily progress reports record site activities and support progress measurement.
- Support material management store supervision and site logistics.
- Report issues propose solutions and assist senior engineers in resolving on-site problems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in building construction preferably with exposure to high-rise projects.
- Familiarity with construction methods RCC work concrete technology and site practices.
- Basic computer proficiency (AutoCAD Microsoft Excel) and ability to prepare reports.
- Good communication coordination and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on site and adhere to safety protocols.
