Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
3 years of experience in a technical support role within healthcare IT
Strong understanding of hospital management systems and workflows
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus
Experience with customer service principles and practices
