- Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on system usage

- Maintain and update technical documentation as needed
- Work closely with the IT team to enhance system performance
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- 3 years of experience in a technical support role within healthcare IT
- Strong understanding of hospital management systems and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus
- Experience with customer service principles and practices
