• Dragon Copilot
• Nuance DAX / DAX Copilot

These tools automatically listen to patient conversations and generate clinical notes

• Voice dictation / transcription tools
• Manual dictation workflows

Job Overview

We are seeking actively practicing physicians to support an AI-driven clinical documentation project.

In this role you will work with recorded doctor-patient interactions to create and validate structured clinical notes helping improve next-generation ambient AI documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review recorded patient-physician interactions
• Create structured high-quality clinical notes
• Validate AI-generated documentation for:
  • Accuracy
  • Completeness
  • Clinical reasoning
• Provide feedback on documentation workflows and usability
• Identify gaps in note structure and language

Required Qualifications (MANDATORY)

• MD / DO with active clinical practice
• Hands-on experience using Dragon Copilot or DAX Copilot during patient visits
• Ability to clearly explain real-world usage of ambient AI tools (not dictation)
• Minimum 5 years of experience post-residency
• At least 50% patient-facing clinical work
• Experience with Epic EHR systems
• Affiliated with a multi-specialty healthcare organization
