Optiom is hiring a Partner Support Representative to join our client care team. You will be a key point of contact for our broker partners and policy holders: answering their questions supporting policy transactions and making sure every interaction reflects the standard of service that sets Optiom apart.

You Bring

• 1 years of customer service experience ideally in insurance or financial services
• A confident professional phone presence and comfort handling volume
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail when processing policies records and client requests
• Problem-solving instincts and the ability to de-escalate difficult conversations calmly and professionally
• A genuine sense of empathy you listen first then act
• General Level 1 Insurance Licence or a strong willingness to obtain one we will support you

Bonus Points For

• Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already in hand
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Punjabi or French
• Experience supporting brokers with quoting binding or policy maintenance
• Familiarity with partner earnings inquiries or commission structures
