Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The Opportunity

EY Consulting is a fast-moving high-growth area with huge potential. We are currently recruiting for a Seniors to join our team. This team offers variety challenge responsibility and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. Being a member of our Consulting team means you will specialize in a particular competency - Risk Technology Consulting or IT Risk & Assurance. Our Technology Consulting team is focused on helping clients improve operational efficiency and security while also reducing costs and managing risk.

EY is seeking a qualified and experienced REFX Specialist to join our team preferably with 7-10 years of SAP RE-FX experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance FI-AA and real estate processes with a focus on SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and supporting SAP Flexible Real Estate Management solutions. This role requires expertise in SAP REFX configuration Real Estate transaction Process Improvement Financial reporting strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops to gather requirements and understand the clients business processes.
• Prepare functional gaps analysis by identifying areas where standard SAP RF-EX functionalities need enhancements or customization
• Handle complex enhancements in RF-EX requirements ensuring the solution aligns with the clients business requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users during testing training and post-go-live phases.
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the senior manager.

• Must be able to prepare the materials for the design workshops independently (Mandatory skill)
• Must send out the Meeting Minutes of the Workshop post each workshop that he/she leads (Mandatory skill)
• Follow up on the action items from the workshops
• Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP Finance and Controlling Module and RF-EX solution
• Strong written and verbal communication presentation client service and technical writing skills coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills

What we look for

• Candidate must be a qualified CA / ICWA / ICMA/ MBA Finance in a reputed institution with a sound industry/domain experience and SAP relevant experience with 10 years
• Collaborate with clients to analyse real estate business processes and requirements.
• Design configure and implement SAP REFX solutions including contract management lease administration and property management.
• SAP REFX Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP REFX module to support real estate management processes. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP REFX system.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Real Estate Transactions: Manage real estate transactions including lease agreements acquisitions and disposals. Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Generate and analyse financial reports related to real estate portfolios.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP REFX systems resolving issues and optimizing functionality.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial and real estate processes.
• Work closely with technical teams for system integration and data migration.
• Stay updated with SAP REFX advancements and best practices.
• Participate in the testing and validation of SAP REFX solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with clients.
• SAP REFX certification is desirable
