Primary Care Physician - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine opportunity in Louisiana.

Excellent opportunity for a LA licensed BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for this growing practice in Shreveport.

This fast-growing senior focused team approach to primary care provides a positive and well-balanced environment. This model is positioned to provide better outcomes for senior patients as we provide multi-disciplinary services and coordinated care supported by community relationships.

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Family Medicine or Geriatrician
Active and unrestricted DEA
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines helpful
Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
