The hourly pay rate for this position is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience certifications licensure education and location.

Who Were Looking For
We are currently looking to hire anExperienced Part - Time Veterinary Assistantto join our team! The ideal candidate will be a dependable detail-oriented team player who loves pets and being part of a fun supportive team. They will have experience rooming patients surgical assisting experience and knowledge of equipment used drawing blood and running bloodwork knowledge of x-rays and proper positioning experience with proper animal handling and restraint understanding the importance of client education and being a positive and motivating team member.

Requirements
1 years of veterinary experience is required
Part-time position
Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
Passion for working with animals and their owners
Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
Positive team player willing to continue to learn
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care
