Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries or complaints effectively
- Document customer interactions and update relevant databases with detailed notes

- Maintain a strong knowledge of company products policies and procedures
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts amicably
