About the internship

The Omni Contact Team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us for a 4 to 6-month mission. During this internship you will support the setup and management of a long-term collaboration with an external voice call services provider ensuring smooth integration and high performance within CCEPs operations.

What youll do

• Support the setup and onboarding of an external voice call services provider
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and the external partner
• Monitor daily operations and ensure service quality and KPI adherence
• Assist in defining tracking and analysing performance indicators (KPIs & KBIs)
• Prepare reports highlighting performance trends and improvement areas
• Support training documentation and knowledge sharing between teams
• Help define and monitor campaign objectives linked to voice call activities
• Participate in weekly follow-ups and continuous improvement initiatives

Who you are

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with interest in performance tracking and reporting
• Well-organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM customer service or call center tools is a plus
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch with a very good level of English
