Your key responsibilities

As an M&A Investment BankingExperiencedAnalystyou will be a vital member of the team supporting and executingM&Aandcorporate finance focused on analyzing financial data andidentifyingkey trends behind the performance of a business preparing financial models and cash flow scenarios conducting research anddriving analysesmarketingpresentationsandinformation will also help develop team members ensuring their career development.

Skills and attributes for success

Advise companiesregardingstrategic and corporate finance alternativesanddrive the execution ofM&Atransactions.

Prepare pitch booksdescriptiveinformationmemoranda and related materials for M&A and capital raising mandates.

Performextensive financial analysis valuationanalysisand pro forma financial modeling.

Identifykey issues and potential areas of valuation and transaction risk within engagements.

Perform In-depthmarket-sectorand company-specific research.

Support business development initiatives.

To qualify for theroleyou must have

A bachelors degree and at least 3 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 1-2 years of related work experience.
Investment banking experience.
Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing).
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills including the ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
A proven record of excellence in investment banking specific to mergers acquisitions and capital markets.
Strong working knowledge of Excel to develop financial models knoweldge of pivot tables and using excel for in-depth modeling.
Efficient use of research databases technical ability to manipulate data.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
You must eitherresidein or beata commutable distance toyouroffice location for this position.
The ability and willingness to travel and workin excess ofstandard hours when certain circumstances travel may berequiredbeyond your work location based on client and project needs.

Ideally youwill have

Experience gained within another large financial services organization.
Established networking skills in a relevant industry.

A proven record of excellence in investment bankingwith afocusonM&Atransactions

Knowledge of how toleveragefirm-approved AI tools in a business setting including Microsoft Copilot.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150000 to $185000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.
