ポジション概要:
プロジェクトマネージャーは顧客社内ステークホルダープロジェクトチームをつなぎプロジェクトを成功に導く責任者です

本ポジションでは事業戦略顧客要求を踏まえたプロジェクト目標を設定し計画立案から実行進捗管理リスク対応完了までを一貫してリードします複数の専門領域開発営業購買品質外部パートナー等と連携しながら複雑なプロジェクトを構造化し意思決定と推進を行うことが期待されます

業務内容:
プロジェクトの目的スコープ体制の明確化プロジェクトマネジメント計画の策定

プロジェクト全体を統括し管理監督推進する
スコープスケジュールコスト品質リスクリソース等

プロジェクトチームならびに社内外のステークホルダーのマネジメント

異なる地域のクロスファンクショナルチーム例ドイツインドベトナムとの連携

購買調達業務管理

プロジェクト獲得に向けた営業チームの支援
 価格交渉技術提案プロジェクトスケジュール作成 等

営業プロジェクトに関わる書類の作成および管理
NDANPI見積書発注書請求書など

顧客との関係構築顧客満足度向上のための活動

市場動向および法規制技術トレンドの理解

Your tasks will be:
Develop the project charter and project management plan with the team

Direct manage monitor and control projects (scope schedule costs quality risks resources etc.)

Manage the project team and internal and external project stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in different regions (e.g. Germany India Vietnam)

Manage procurements

Support the sales team with project acquisitions (price negotiations technical proposals project schedules etc.)

Prepare and manage commercial related documents (NDAs NPIs quotations purchase orders invoices)

Build up customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Understand markets and regulatory/technology trends (Japan ASEAN Oceania)

Qualifications :

応募要件スキル:
必須条件

3年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験例スコープスケジュール予算品質リスクリソースの管理

自動車パワートレインまたはブレーキシステムにおけるソフトウェア開発適合経験

自動車システムエンジニアリングの知識経験があれば尚可

日本の顧客対応経験

主体的に行動でき高い調整力およびステークホルダーコミュニケーション能力を有する方

多文化グローバルな環境で前向きに業務を遂行できる方

ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力読み書き会話

あると望ましい

PMPまたは同等の資格を保有していれば尚可

国内外への出張が可能な方

Requirements/Skills:

Must haves
- At least 3 years of project management experience (e.g. manage scope schedule budget quality risks resources)

- Background in automotive powertrain or brake system software development and application

- Proactive strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills

- Experience in dealing with Japanese customers

- Business level Japanese and English

- Positive mindset and ability to thrive in a multicultural and global work environment

Nice to haves

- PMP or equivalent

- Able to travel domestically and internationally (ASEAN) for customer meetings (depending on project <10%)
