What youll do

• Develop analytical models and prepare presentations using data visualization software and tools to improve operational performance around aircraft spare parts
• Improve the operational metrics through design development and monitoring of results from implemented solutions
• Collaborate with other departments including Line and Base Planning Network Planning Base Material Planning AOG and Stores to understand business processes and areas for improvement
• Create presentations and present findings with recommendations to influence key stakeholders and senior management
• Develop data tables and pipelines for use in applications and analysis
• Support other team members and Business Analysts with complex queries methods and recommendations
• Guide users to explain solutions and optimize user experience

All youll need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Analytics Data Science Operations Research or other related field with 3 years related experience

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

• Experience in airline: operations supply chain analytics or quantitative forecasting methodologies
• Masters degree in related field

Skills Licenses & Certifications

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
• Ability to shift priorities in a fast paced dynamic work environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in SQL knowledge/basic experience of data processing/manipulation
• Ability to extract/analyze large sets of data and make recommendations based on findings
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks Data Lake
• Experience with data visualization in Power Bi and Tableau
• Excellent project management and organization skills with attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software including Excel Power Point and Teams
• Preferred Skills: ETL Python Snowflake Alteryx
