What youll do

- Develop analytical models and prepare presentations using data visualization software and tools to improve operational performance around aircraft spare parts
- Improve the operational metrics through design development and monitoring of results from implemented solutions
- Collaborate with other departments including Line and Base Planning Network Planning Base Material Planning AOG and Stores to understand business processes and areas for improvement
- Create presentations and present findings with recommendations to influence key stakeholders and senior management
- Develop data tables and pipelines for use in applications and analysis
- Support other team members and Business Analysts with complex queries methods and recommendations
- Guide users to explain solutions and optimize user experience
All youll need for success
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Analytics Data Science Operations Research or other related field with 3 years related experience
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
- Experience in airline: operations supply chain analytics or quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Masters degree in related field
Skills Licenses & Certifications
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
- Ability to shift priorities in a fast paced dynamic work environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in SQL knowledge/basic experience of data processing/manipulation
- Ability to extract/analyze large sets of data and make recommendations based on findings
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks Data Lake
- Experience with data visualization in Power Bi and Tableau
- Excellent project management and organization skills with attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software including Excel Power Point and Teams
- Preferred Skills: ETL Python Snowflake Alteryx
