We are looking for Front Office Supervisor

As a Front Office (Recepion) leader we rely on you to

• Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all times
• Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities
• Upsell rooms to meet guests needs when appropriate
• Ensure every details of guest preferences and requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner
• High Level of Service & positive energy are maintain within the team

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in being a hotelier
• Has experience in similar or higher role in luxury chain hotel
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
• Communicates and write with fluency in English (and local language)
• Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
