Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including lobbies common areas entrances parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify credentials and/or visitor information when required and report irregularities maintenance concerns and/or policy-related issues according to site guidelines.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence following post orders completing required reports and communicating clearly with employees visitors and/or first responders during routine and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state county and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
