The successful candidate will play a key role in Ingram Micros environmental sustainability program IngramMicroPlanetary. The Associate Environmental Sustainability Data and Analytics will report to Ingram Micros Senior Manager Environmental Sustainability and will work with stakeholders across the Ingram Micro organization to track Ingram Micros environmental performance and monitor and report on Ingram Micros progress towards its environmental goals. To support the program the analyst will have a variety of assignments using several tools and platforms for gathering validating modeling interpreting and presenting data. Environmental data includes but is not limited to electricity natural gas fuels greenhouse gas emissions waste materials usage and water consumption.
Responsibilities:
Develop processes systems and controls for data capture from global data providers including mechanisms for accountability
Conduct routine maintenance of program with annual quarterly and as-needed business changes
Work collaboratively with global data providers to train them on the systems and answer questions
Identify opportunities to improve and automate data collection processes.
Establish quality assurance and quality control processes to improve data reliability and traceability.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis correlating business metrics with sustainability metrics to gain insights on performance improvement opportunities.
Support internal data customers with the creation of tailored dashboards and a cadence of internal review for performance management.
Collaborate with teammates to act as an ambassador for environmental sustainability and other ESG topics and initiatives. Support various team projects and activities as needed.

Requires broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired from advanced education. Typically requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years functional experience.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
