Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.
Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.
Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.
Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.
The Opportunity
EY Consulting is a fast-moving high-growth area with huge potential. We are currently recruiting for a Seniors to join our team. This team offers variety challenge responsibility and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. Being a member of our Consulting team means you will specialize in a particular competency - Risk Technology Consulting or IT Risk & Assurance. Our Technology Consulting team is focused on helping clients improve operational efficiency and security while also reducing costs and managing risk.
In this role we are looking for an experienced SAP S4 CO Manager to join our growing SAP S4 Finance team. As an SAP S/4HANA Controlling Manager you will be responsible for leading the design implementation and optimization of CO modules (Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Product Costing Profitability Analysis) within the S/4HANA landscape. This role involves acting as a bridge between financial business stakeholders and technical IT teams ensuring that controlling processes are scalable accurate and aligned with company-wide SAP best practices
Your Key Responsibilities
- Need to work as a manager in different phases of various ongoing SAP Implementation Projects and contribute effectively.
- Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops to gather requirements and understand the clients business processes
- Prepare functional gaps analysis by identifying areas where standard SAP CO functionalities need enhancements or customization
- Handle complex enhancements in CO requirements ensuring the solution aligns with the clients business requirements
- Provide guidance and support to end-users during testing training and post-go-live phases.
- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the senior manager

- Ability to drive design workshops independently with the client (Mandatory skill)
- Must be able to prepare the materials for the design workshops independently (Mandatory skill)
- Must send out the Meeting Minutes of the Workshop post each workshop that he/she leads (Mandatory skill)
- Follow up on the action items from the workshops
- Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP Controlling Module and CO solution
- Strong written and verbal communication presentation client service and technical writing skills coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills
What we look for
- Candidate must be a qualified CA / ICWA / ICMA/ MBA Finance in a reputed institution with a sound industry/domain experience and SAP relevant experience between 7 to 10 years.
- Experience of having worked in an onsite- offshore delivery model
- Experience with leading business blueprint gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules against a published plan
- Development of project documentation including business process flows training materials requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required
- Experience should be in End-to-end Implementation Rollout Support upgrade enhancements in the below areas.
- Controlling- CO-Cost element accounting CO-Cost Center Accounting and CO-Internal Orders.
- Knowledge and Hands on experience in CO-Profitability Analysis & Product Costing (Planning and cost object controlling) and Material Ledger Actual Costing
- FI integration with MM SD HR & PS.
- Excellent business communication skills
- Experience on FIORI APPS BO-DS BW HANA and other reporting tools
- Knowledge in SAP Finance FI- New General Ledger & Profit Center Accounting FI-Accounts Payable FI-Bank accounting and FI-Asset Accounting
- SAP CO Closing activities Validations and Substitutions & Reporting.
