As adata strategy andhealthsector focusedConsultantor Senior Consultantin the AI & Dataservice line at EY you will play a pivotal role in supporting ourclients withstrategy development andexecution of high-impact projects. You will work directly with clients tohelpunderstand their business needsshape data strategy anddesign and implementAI & Datasolutions that drive measurable value.

Keyactivitieswill include:

• Supportingproject deliveryandother team members andassistinginenablingthe successful delivery ofinternal and externalinitiatives.

• Stayingabreast of the latest advancements indata strategyhealthAIand data science contributing to the continuous enhancement of our service offerings.

• Helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI and dataultimately enablingthem to achieve their strategic goals.

This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Aotearoa. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

The ideal candidate willpossessa strong background inprojectplanning andmanagementdata strategydata management/engineeringdataanalytics andvisualisationandartificial intelligence with a proventrack recordof delivering innovative solutions to business problems in a consultingorhealthcare context.

Ideallyyoullalso have the skills and attributes below butdontworry if youdonttick all the your aptitudeattitudeand willingness to learn.

• Track recordofdeliveringpopulationhealth/clinical serviceanalysis or business analysisor datastrategyprojects.

• Experience of New Zealand health data and/or systems with experiencein health researchwith health providers and/or professional services andevidence inleading or supportinga variety of data projects.

• Support with thedelivery ofAI andData projects frominceptionto completionconsistentlyensuringtimelydelivery and high-quality outcomes.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored AI and data solutions that drive value and achieve strategicobjectives.

• Support in the designanddevelopmentand implementationofanalytics models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems

• Experience usingSnowflakeSQLRandExcelpreferred

• Supportteam members providing technicalexpertiseand fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Adegree in Data Science Computer Science Public HealthStatisticsor another related field.
