As Outpatient Psychiatrist - of CHM you will be liable to perform the following job duties:

Provide intake and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
Provide psychotherapy behavioural therapy or other counseling services to patient or
families.
Provide education or counseling to individuals and families.
Develop treatment plans in accordance with regulations and agency policy.
Collaborate with collateral contacts and other providers.
Complete documentation as required.
CHM will pay the employee for a given service if and only if clinical documentation is
received within 24 hours of said service.
