The Loyola Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is looking for that special nurse to care for our unique population and their families. Our NICU is dedicated to caring for babies born prematurely needing monitoring and treatment to ensure their lungs hearts and other organs work properly. For these infants and those born with birth defects or other complications the right equipment combined with the right therapy at the right time can make all the difference in helping them get healthy.

What Registered Nurse RN will need
A Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
BLS provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
1 year of RN inpatient hospital experience
Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date into position
Compensation:
BSN Pay Range: $36.05 - $59.92 per hour
ADN Pay Range: $32.97 - $57.06 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
