Marketing Associate, Listings Sales Enablement & Pitch Strategy

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Produce custom pitch decks and marketing proposals for C-level audiences managing projects from ideation through final delivery.
- Partner with Sales Marketing Events Legal and Account Management teams to identify solutions that meet client needs and business goals.
- Conduct company-specific research to understand marketing campaigns competitive positioning and key business themes that inform presentation content and storytelling approach.
- Research and interpret financial and market data from multiple sources to create clear accurate and compelling presentations.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of Nasdaqs product offerings to tailor programs and communications for diverse client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Finance or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in marketing presentation design or research with demonstrated proficiency in creating client-facing materials.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint Canva and Excel; experience with design tools like Photoshop is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial research tools such as PitchBook or DealBook.
- Familiarity with capital markets IPOs or financial services industries.
- Background in marketing research or data visualization.
This position will be located in New York and requires on-site work 5 days per week.

The base pay range for this role is $70000 - $123000. In addition to base salary Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive) and equity (long-term incentive) comprehensive benefits and opportunity for growth.
