Role Summary
As aService Delivery Manageryoullensure smooth delivery of HR and payroll services meeting agreed performance targets. Acting as the main link betweenZalarisand our clientsyoullmanage relationships oversee SAP-related processes and drive operational excellence and compliance.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring reporting and analysing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of your clients service-related financials including budgeting forecasting and cost monitoring.
- Efficiently manage change request implementation processes by coordinating testing deployments and system enhancements within the payroll platform
- Ensure adherence to Zalaris internal controls policies and compliance standards.
- Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g. RPA) transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams and identify further cost optimization opportunities.
- Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.
Your Experience and Skills
- Fluency in Danish and strong command of English
- Understanding of HR administration and payroll accounting
- Experience in outsourcing HR Accounting IT or other business functions
- Strong customer relationship management and process improvement skills
- Business & service minded analytical & customer-focused mindset
- Ability to plan prioritise and structure work to achieve results
- Excellent problem-solving presentation and negotiation skills
- Proactive energetic and adaptable attitude
Seen as Advantage
Bachelors ormasters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
Work experience with SAP and/or Payroll
Experience in SAP HCM global payroll and partnership management
