Job Summary
Manage the CEO s calendar meetings and office arrangements
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Prepare reports presentations and correspondence in English
Act as the first point of contact and represent the CEO in internal and external communications
Provide administrative and personal support as needed
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in related industry .
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional appearance and attitude Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
